Use the right size brownie tin, 20cm x 20cm.
Don’t overbake your brownie, check yours at 25 minutes and don’t bake longer than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

Organic coconut sugar, almond meal, organic dark chocolate drops [10%] (organic raw cacao paste, organic coconut sugar, organic cacao butter, cacao solids 70%), organic tapioca flour, cocoa powder [9%], brown rice flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic coconut flour, Himalayan salt and baking powder.
