The Raw Store handpicks the most gorgeous natural crystals and minerals from around the world. Each stone is absolutely unique in size, shape and quality and no two crystals will ever be the exact same.
Our natural, raw crystal beauties have grown for thousands of years in the earth and as such can contain tiny fissures, pits, cracks or jagged edges here and there, however, this does not impact the beauty or energy of the stone. In fact, we feel it often just adds to the raw natural beauty of the crystal.
Please always review product images carefully as they make up an important part of the description. The Raw Store will not accept returns and exchanges based on crystal characteristics or change of mind.
If you believe your item is faulty please contact us at email@example.com quoting your order number and include a description and image/s of the fault.
All faulty items are eligible for return for refund or credit note within a 3 month period from purchase.
Returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving them. You will be sent an email notification once your return has been processed. Refunds via PayPal clear almost immediately after they have been processed however refunds via credit card can take up to 5 working days depending on the financial institution.
The Raw Store do not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty.
We do not make any promises as to the outcome of any of our metaphysical products. We provide you with the tools, but it is up to YOU to make the magic.
The Raw Store does not offer refunds based on a change of mind, we will only offer a refund on faulty items.
Sale, promotion or discounted products cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in original packaging. The Raw Store will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged.
All exchanges will be issued in the form of a credit note which can be redeemed at our online store.
The Raw Store do not reimburse return shipping charges on exchanges.
Please note sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
The Raw Store bear no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned so we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
Please ensure you pack your return carefully with FRAGILE stickers (if returning crystals and delicate goods) and purchase insurance at the post office if you want to be covered for any damage that might occur in the post.
